This program was designed with simplicity in mind.  Life is busy so I've made it as easy as possible for you to implement the plan and to know exactly what to eat.  As an expert in behavior change, also I show you the best ways to streamline your new habits into your busy life.  You get a detailed food guide as well as a recipe booklet and 6 week meal plan to make planning a no-brainer.  You also briefly touch base with me weekly for support.  As well, I go live every week to talk about mindset and lifestyle and to answer any questions.  You do not need to attend live.  You can access the recordings at any time.   

Eat less, move more is an outdated model that doesn't work and has never worked.  For one, it only addresses a small piece of the puzzle and two, killing yourself at the gym only serves to put more stress on the body because it raises cortisol (your body's main stress hormone and natural steroid) and this makes the body resistant to letting go of any extra fat (extra energy).  Exercise does have numerous benefits and it's extremely beneficial to your overall health and well being but it is not a weight-loss vehicle. During your reset, since we work with the body and not against it, I encourage gentle body movement as opposed to vigorous exercise in an effort to keep cortisol levels low.

As a certified health coach, I am a trained expert in behavior change.  My job as your coach is to guide you in self-discovery and to foster your forward momentum.  It is my intention to profoundly impact your overall health, wellness and happiness and help you set new coordinates for the weight, health and life you deserve.  Together, we work to make your new health habits stick.
